Full course description
This fast paced program is designed to provide a
venue in which participants can develop or refine skills and immediately apply
them in the workplace. The program is founded on the principle that the best
business decisions are made when all aspects of an organization are considered
in the decision making process.
Professional Presence and the Mindful Leader, Negotiations, Organizational Culture & Fit, Legal and Ethical Issues in Business, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Financial Acumen (2 days), Managerial Leadership, International Business, Individual & Team Decision Making, Marketing Management & Strategy, Change Management.
The program will include a highly interactive leadership workshop off-site and a presentation of a Connections Portfolio that will encourage you to apply each concept to your current career or objectives.

FEES & PAYMENT
The total cost for the program is $7,750. This includes all instructor and materials fees, fees associated with off-site leadership workshop, lunches, snacks and beverages, class polo shirt, and certificate of completion. We are able to accept credit card payments and ask that the payment be made upon registration.
LOCATION & TIME
The program will be held at the Center for Executive Development location at the Mays Business School on Texas A&M’s College Station campus. We will begin each day at 8 am and will end at 5 with an hour for lunch (provided).
